Grimmyr belongs to :icontespia: and Wulfgar is mine. c:

After getting some work done this weekend I'll probably try to draw their, uh, not so dragon-y forms - you know, the ones that are canonically useful and basically not some sort of legend. Pretty sure Redmond (Wulfgar) keeps forgetting he has some sort fancy form in the first place (that and turning into it would be taxing and Redderp suffers from demon STDs (incubism lol) for centuries already). Also Grimmy is a smartass and has been banished, apparently reappearing during the late 19th century being nerds together with Lucien.
AMAZING I KNOWnot.

Anyway, those two are the children of Hel and Lucifer and in ancient times posed as guardians of Brittyr (which is now mostly referred as Novere or Novern Unity).

Wow, I seriously always upload when I'm about to go to sleep. I think.

I wish your dragons had heavier/broader heads. With how bulky and strong their bodies are drawn, the thin narrow skulls give them a slight pinhead appearance. :/

Thanks for the pointer - I've enlarged Wulfgar's head and it looks a lot more proper now! Though I can't say much on the form. It was an artistic choice since I prefer things with "extreme" proportions and their heads are basing off of Gavials and a bit of Basilosaurus. I just prefer to lean things to more cartoony dragons than the cow-bodied and broad-headed weird things people prefer to draw. Anatomically those make more sense, but they just don't look as neat - and I'm not going for anatomical correctness (I think debatting over proper anatomy of fictional animals is kind of silly in the first place).

I think that goes for all dragoney creatures to an extent- basing it off dinosaur blueprints and whatnot. I appreciate the links! I definitely see what you're aiming for now, now that I see your reference.
